We use high-grade bronze alloy (85% copper, 5% tin, 5% zinc, 5% lead) via lost-wax casting. Wall thickness: 5-8mm for life-size pieces, thicker for monumental works. Most sculptures are hollow-cast for weight management and structural integrity, with internal reinforcement for large installations.

Export-grade packaging includes: (1) Soft foam wrapping on all surfaces; (2) Reinforced wooden crate with internal bracing; (3) Moisture-proof plastic sheeting; (4) Shock-absorbing materials; (5) Fumigation certificate for international shipping. Fragile parts are separately crated.
