Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Statue Detail:
This blessed teresa of calcutta statue is custom made for one of our Sydney customers, and this marble sculpture is finished with a height of 180 cm with a marble base. Our client wants to put this custom made marble statue in a school. Therefore, he asked us to engrave the name of the school (“St Therese”) on the marble base.
The Introduction of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta:
Teresa’s original name was Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu, and translated by Blessed Teresa of Calcutta. She was born in Skopje, Kosovo Province of the Ottoman Empire. She was born on August 27, 1910 and died on September 5, 1997. She is a world-famous Catholic charity worker who serves the poor in Kolkata, India. He won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1979 for his lifelong commitment to poverty eradication. In October 2003, Pope John Paul II was included in the Catholic Declaration of Beatance, and the name of Teresa was changed to the blessed Teresa.
People have a high evaluation of her life’s dedication. She dedicated everything to the poor, the sick, the orphans, the loner, the homeless, and the dying. She has been living since she was 12 years old and died at the age of 87. She has never lived for herself, but for those who was suffer.
