Our process has six stages, and we keep you informed at every step. First, share your idea with us — a sketch, reference photo, dimensions, or simply a description. Our team will follow up within 24 hours to clarify any details and provide an initial quote. Once you confirm the project, our artists create a 3D rendering or clay maquette for your approval. No production begins until you are fully satisfied with the design. We then move into casting or carving, with progress photos sent at key milestones. After final quality inspection, your sculpture is crated and shipped with full tracking information provided.

Both. If you already have a design — architectural drawings, a reference image, a 3D file, or even a rough sketch — we work directly from it. If you have only a general concept or theme in mind, our in-house design team will develop the concept from scratch and present options for you to review. Either way, you have full approval over the design before a single piece of material is touched.

We produce sculptures in four primary materials: Bronze (lost-wax method, 5-8mm thick), Marble (hand-carved), Stainless steel (304/316 grade), and Resin (lightweight/cost-effective).

Our minimum order quantity is just a single piece. We approach both one-off custom commissions and large-scale production runs with the same level of enthusiasm.

We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Western Union. Standard terms are 50% deposit to confirm, 50% before shipment.

Small figures: 15-25 days; Life-size statues: 30-45 days; Large marble: 45-60 days; Monumental installations: 60-90 days.

We send photo and video updates at every major stage of production — typically at design approval, after the clay or wax model is complete, mid-production, and at final quality inspection.
