FAQs
Q1: How does the custom sculpture process work?
Our process has six stages, and we keep you informed at every step. First, share your idea with us — a sketch, reference photo, dimensions, or simply a description. Our team will follow up within 24 hours to clarify any details and provide an initial quote. Once you confirm the project, our artists create a 3D rendering or clay maquette for your approval. No production begins until you are fully satisfied with the design. We then move into casting or carving, with progress photos sent at key milestones. After final quality inspection, your sculpture is crated and shipped with full tracking information provided.
Q2: Can I request a design I already have, or do you create the concept from scratch?
Both. If you already have a design — architectural drawings, a reference image, a 3D file, or even a rough sketch — we work directly from it. If you have only a general concept or theme in mind, our in-house design team will develop the concept from scratch and present options for you to review. Either way, you have full approval over the design before a single piece of material is touched.
Q3: What materials do you work with?
We produce sculptures in four primary materials: Bronze, Marble, Stainless Steel, and Resin. Bronze sculptures are made by the lost-wax casting method. Marble sculptures are hand-carved by experienced artisans. Stainless steel sculptures can be made with 304 or 316 grade material. Resin is a lightweight and cost-effective option for some projects.
Q4: What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is just a single piece. We welcome both one-off custom commissions and large-scale production orders.
Q5: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank wire transfer, PayPal, and Western Union. Standard terms are usually 50% deposit to confirm the order and 50% balance before shipment.
Q6: How long does it take to produce a custom sculpture?
Small figures usually take 15-25 days. Life-size statues usually take 30-45 days. Large marble sculptures usually take 45-60 days. Monumental installations usually take 60-90 days, depending on design complexity and size.
Q7: How will I be updated on the progress of my order?
We send photo and video updates at every major stage of production — typically at design approval, after the clay or wax model is complete, during production, and at final quality inspection.
