The towering Do Ho Suh Sculpture – Karma is now a permanent resident of Sydney and the Walda Bestof Sculpture Gardens. “Casting sculpture presents us with many challenges, which we overcome through clever engineering and a wide range of manufacturing processes, from CNC milling to rapid prototyping to direct metal laser sintering,” said the original author. Last year in Buffalo, New York The Albright Knox Museum created and installed a bronze version of the same sculpture. After making several material samples for the artist, Do Ho Suh decided to create a stainless steel version.
