Large Bronze Animal Sculptures in a Circus

Project Introduction

When our customer came, he told us a story. He had lived in his uncle’s circus since he was a child, and he watched his uncle play games and have fun with these animals every day. This was the customer’s best childhood memory. His uncle was a professional circus director and an interesting clown. This elephant accompanied his uncle to many places in New Zealand.

Now the elephant and the uncle are too old to travel long distances for performances. In order to keep these beautiful memories forever and to commemorate and thank the uncle for his upbringing, the customer specially asked us to cast the uncle and the elephant, as well as a group of giraffe sculptures.

The Client Sent Dora Two Biographies

Our client specially sent Director Dora two biographical books about his uncle, Tony, the circus, and the elephant. Together, we witnessed and appreciated the wonderful story of the Whirling Bros Circus.

A Pictorial Autobiography of the Whirling Bros Circus

This biography mainly tells about the circus, animals, and the life and performance experience of the circus leader, uncle. We were deeply touched and felt the deep feelings between the customers and the uncle, and between the uncle and the circus elephants.

Youfine Factory  Production Process

This is a 3D drawing of an elephant designed by our designer based on the client’s idea. Regarding the clay model of the elephant, our artist first created a small clay model, then scanned it, and finally printed the large model. After making clay models and plaster models of the same proportion, our artists will use the traditional lost wax method to cast bronze animal and human sculptures. In this process, I use silica sol technology, so the sculptures will not have any problems with outdoor wind and rain, and can ensure that the sculptures can be used for 100 years.
