This Botero-style Lady on a Horse statue is cast in pure bronze using the traditional lost-wax method, perfectly replicating the original’s signature voluminous, rounded aesthetic. The statue embodies Botero’s signature aesthetic of exaggerated volume: the torso, limbs, and facial features are all rendered with rounded, enlarged forms—devoid of sharp angles—creating smooth, flowing lines. The nude, barefoot woman sits composedly atop the horse; her right hand rests lightly on the horse’s neck, and her gaze is directed straight ahead.
